Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Due to the nature of gold coins, silver bullion, copper coins, and precious metal products, returns may not be accepted for change of mind, market price changes, or buyer’s remorse. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unopened, and with all packaging, certificates, and seals intact. Any item that has been altered, handled improperly, or removed from protective packaging may not qualify for return or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees, insurance costs, and transaction charges may be non-refundable unless the error was made by IRISH BULLION. We recommend contacting us before sending any return.
